JOL’s restaurant is owned and run by head chef Jamie O’Leary. Born in Merthyr, Jamie is a former sous chef at Abergavenny’s award-winning The Hardwick, and this is his first restaurant.
Open between 12pm and 3pm for lunch and 6pm to 10pm in the evenings, visitors can expect a fine-dining experience in an attractive setting. The menu is seasonal using locally sourced produce wherever possible and initial reviews have been very positive.
Please note that JOL’s is also open for lunch Wednesday to Sunday between 12 noon and 3pm.
