Get ready for a spooktacular day in Merthyr Tydfil this Halloween! Join us in the town centre on ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ๐ญ๐๐ ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ, ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฎ๐บโ๐ฏ๐ฝ๐บ, for a fun-filled day of Halloween activities for the whole family.

Keep your eyes peeled around the town centre for some familiar spooky characters from Memories & More, and get into the Halloween spirit with some creepy, colourful, and creative face painting.

You can also take part in our ๐๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ป ๐ง๐ผ๐๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น. There will be spooky pictures hidden in the windows of 10 participating town centre businesses. Pick up a trail form, visit each business, and record the picture you find in their window. Once you’ve completed the trail, return your entry form to ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ ๐ง๐๐ฑ๐ณ๐ถ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐, where all correct entries will be entered into a prize draw. One lucky winner will be chosen at random on Monday 2nd November.

Over at Merthyr Central Library, you can also come along and meet some incredible animals with ๐ & ๐ฆ ๐๐ป๐ถ๐บ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐. During these fun-packed 30-minute sessions, you’ll get to see and learn fascinating facts about millipedes, snakes, lizards, giant cockroaches, and armadillos. You may even be one of the lucky ones called forward to hold a snake or meet one of the giant peppered cockroaches or other animals up close!
